At Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital we are committed to Patient and Family Centered Care. Pressure Injuries
Our Wound Ostomy Nurses along with Unit-Based Wound Champions working collaboratively with medical staff to ensure a plan of care is in place for each individual patient’s needs.
Falls
We are also dedicated to our Falls Prevention Program to ensure our patient’s safety. This is led by our Falls Committee, which has included a focus on falls prevention strategies including scripting to prevent falls in the bathroom and use of the Fall TIPS program. We strive to work toward sustainable reductions in Falls and Falls with injuries by the consistent commitment to our quality measures.
